PRISMXR Charging Dock for Meta Quest 3 and Controllers

PrismXR, a company dually headquartered in Singapore and Los Angeles, was founded in 2022 by a group of enthusiasts and talented engineers in XR (extended reality) and spatial computing. As an early adopter of VR and AR, the founder was encouraged and excited by the progress from Oculus Rift, Cardboard VR, and other HMDs in the early days towards the Quest 2/Pico4/PSVR of today. After some frustration over choppy and less-than-satisfactory user experiences, the decision was made to create a series of 'XR native' products that would be 'XRer centric' and tremendously enhance the way we explore the virtual world and transcend reality naturally.

One such innovative product is the FlexiDock Charging Solution, an accessory for the Meta Quest 3 headset. This magnetic and flexible pin charging solution ensures easy and reliable charging without precise alignment. The magnetic pin head can pivot a maximum of 17 degrees in forward and backward directions, and has an adjustable vertical stretch of up to 5mm, automatically attaching when the headset nears the dock's pin.

Equipped with a standard fast-charging adapter, the FlexiDock enables SuperFast Charge, allowing the Quest 3 headset to be fully charged in about 1 hour and 50 minutes, and the Quest 3 controller to be fully charged in 2.5 hours. The unique Quest 3 stand design accommodates not only the original strap but also elite-type and halo-type straps, ensuring broader compatibility.

The Carina D1 Charging Dock efficiently charges both the Meta Quest 3 headset and the Elite Strap with Battery (specifically for this model), prioritizing the headset first. Once the Quest 3 headset is fully charged, the charging dock then proceeds to power the Elite Strap's battery, ensuring a seamless charging experience.

Inspired by the natural nest, the Nest Bionic Charging Design features compact packaging for a well-organized space. Simultaneously charging the headset and controllers, it provides convenience in storage and removal, freeing up the USB-C port on the Quest 3 at any moment.

The charging dock is easy to set up, and the Quest 3, even when equipped with a battery strap, charges seamlessly (the battery strap can't be charged by the Carina D1). When the Quest 3 is placed on the PRISMXR Charging dock, it will be fully charged to 100% and ready for the next adventure.

Equipped with safety features like over-current, over-voltage, overheat, and overcharge protection, the charging dock ensures the safety and reliability of the charging process. Users can also easily keep track of the charging progress with orange and green LED indicators, and even turn off the LED indicators while sleeping, as the charging dock will continue to charge the devices.
